It’s nonsense.
The good old days are gone.
They are old.
They are different.
They are not now.
We only have one gear, it’s called ‘forward’
If you don’t believe me, lets return to the good old days for just a moment.
How about reviving the telex?
Or even dial up ISDN lines?
How about a laptop that weighs half a ton?
Or a desktop that takes 30 minutes to load (before it crashes)
Let’s go back to landlines rather than mobiles.
Letters rather than email.
Expensive air travel rather than low cost.
A world with no internet.
Research in a library rather than online
Medicine that is now known to be bad for you.
The ‘Good old days’ are exactly that – old.
That’s why we need ‘new’
Go play in the good new days instead.
Much more fun.
