"After two long hard tiring days, yet very worthwhile, I wondered to myself how my fellow colleagues felt.In previous in house training days, I seemed to do a lot of the talking, along with Deirdre and Siobhan and left with the majority of work to complete myself. These two days were very different, everyone was assigned tasks to complete and I wondered how they would feel. I pondered about talking to them on an individual basis and asking them how they felt and to see if the workshop was successful but the opportunity did not arise.The next day it was like a new front office team. Personalities and attitudes had changed. One receptionist was trying to outdo the other with upselling. The different opinions and ideas were flowing and still are. As I sat and listened to the phones being answered, one of the girls came up to me and asked “When is Conor coming back” & “Will we do another similar workshop with Conor again in the near future”? This was how much of an impact Conor had made. On a personal note Conor, I can’t thank you enough for all your help."
