Grace Gallagher - PartnerGrace Gallagher’s skill is in mentoring. With Grace comes a natural insight into how to grow a business using clients’ talents. Calmly and patiently, she guides people towards the best they can be, with her own unrivalled work ethic and attention to detail providing outstanding example. One of Ireland’s youngest high-achieving Hotel General Managers, Grace is an honours graduate of Cathal Brugha Street with a degree in Business Studies as well as Hotel Management. She is also an officially appointed Failte Ireland Mentor and Business Advisor. She began her career with the Great Southern Hotel Group before moving to the Jury’s Hotel Group in 1995. In 1999, Grace moved to Wales to become Deputy General Manager of Jury’s in Cardiff. In 2000, she was appointed General Manager of Bewley’s Hotel Glasgow. In 2001, Grace returned to Ireland and was appointed General Manager of the Brandon House Hotel, Health Club & Spa in Co. Wexford where she worked for five years, attaining Best Practice Awards & Quality Employer Awards. Prior to her appointment at Conor Kenny & Associates, Grace managed the opening of the new Absolute Hotel in Limerick City. Grace, a partner at Conor Kenny & Associates, has an expert understanding of how a business runs efficiently and effectively. She understands the route to successful sales and sales planning and is highly adept at communicating, managing and executing creative plans for the teams she works with. With Grace comes ease; with ease comes learning. A natural leader, people are drawn to her warmth, her ability to listen and her genuine desire to see business flourish. A great listener and a natural teacher, Grace is an enormous asset to our business as well as yours. Grace is also a Mum and in her spare time she likes to listen to and dance to music; it reminds her, she says, of her Dublin Disco DJ days! Grace is a FAS Approved, Accredited Trainer. |
