Rosemary Enright - Professional DevelopmentBased in a background of hotel operations, business management and human resources, Rosemary brings over 20 years experience to her work gained through extensive experience mentoring and training directors, senior managers and associates.
Rosemary's particular strength is in unlocking potential and building high performance for an individual, group and organisation; unlocking barriers to achievement and getting movement forward. She tackles issues with empathy, tenacity and integrity. She makes others feel good about themselves even in difficult or demanding circumstances, bringing them onside to work together to make change happen.
Rosemary brings to teh table a range of skills and experience. She has extensive operational and HR management experience, specialising in the Hospitality sector, including;
She has worked on both sides, as a consultant and in house - with a range of businesses, including Intercontinental Hotels Group North America, Forte Hotels UK, Failte Ireland, Centre for Competitiveness Belfast.
Rosemary holds a Diploma in International Hotel Management, Shannon College, a BA in Business Studies from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, a National Diploma in Personnel Management from the National College of Ireland. She also has certifications for a range of training interventions such as SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaires, Aptitude Tests and Interest Inventories, Group Training Techniques and is a Master Trainer certified by InterContinental Hotels Group.  « back |
